Artistic Expressions and History:
 In partnership with the Regional Arts Commission of Saint Louis, FRCC facilitates workshops with artists helping children and their parents learn about history and arts while learning to communicate and express their emotions using positive strategies. The program focuses on art enrichment, strengthening life skills, increasing academic focus with concentration strategies, decreasing youth violence and delinquency, building strong healthy children, building strong families and communities by teaching new ways to connect.FRCC.png

FRCC Helps Families for the Hoildays

Turkey DonationFamily Resources and Community Connections is delighted to have been able to help the community and spread a little holiday cheer. FRCC board member Dr. Melaney Littleton- Phillips donated enough turkeys and hams to feed 30 families. FRCC gifted the families during the second week in December, 2015.
